A
minimum of handling and processing is what makes raw, unfiltered honey
far superior to the highly processed and pasteurized honey that is
commonly found in commercial markets. The high level of filtration used
by corporate packing companies removes many of the beneficial products
left from the extraction process like small amounts of pollen and wax
known as cappings.
Pasteurization destroys many of the healthy qualities of honey by
degrading the enzymes the bees have added into the natural product.
Bee Chama Honey is 100% Raw & Unfiltered Extra Virgin Honey!
51st Annual Tubac Festival of the Arts
February 10 - 14, 2010
Every February, the Tubac Chamber of
Commerce is proud to sponsor the Tubac Festival of the Arts. The major
event of the year for Tubac showcases the work of hundreds of visiting
artists, craft persons and musicians from around the country and
Canada. While the show is juried for quality, it is not pretentious.
Serious paintings share the street with whimsical sculptures and New
Age music.
In addition to Tubac's many fine restaurants, during
Festival you'll find a food court packed with delicious treats. The Tubac Festival
had its start back in 1959 and is the longest running event of its kind
in the southwest. We hope you'll make plans to join us this February
for the 51th Anniversary of the Tubac Festival of the Arts!
